Anais Magnan, MSW, LCSW

Primary Therapist

Anais Magnan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Criminal Justice, and her Master of Social Work — both from Florida Atlantic University. Her path to this field was shaped by a childhood unlike most: moving frequently and spending formative years living in the Middle East gave her a rich appreciation for different cultures and a natural curiosity about the people she meets. That curiosity is at the heart of everything she does.

With 3 years of experience in behavioral health, Anais’ special interests include attachment work, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and substance abuse, drawing from Internal Family Systems, somatic processing, CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. Her own mental health journey gave her a firsthand understanding of how transformative the right support can be, and she brings that perspective into every session.

Anais approaches the work as a true collaboration, believing her clients are the experts in their own lives and that her role is simply to walk alongside them through the hard parts. She considers it a privilege to be present in people’s most vulnerable moments.

Outside of work, she can be found working on cars, spending time with loved ones, and keeping her cat company.
