Angie Francois, RN

Registered Nurse

Angie Francois earned her nursing degree from Mercy Hospital College of Nursing and has spent 14 years building a career entirely within behavioral health and addiction treatment — beginning as an LPN and advancing to RN without ever leaving the field she loves. That dedication speaks for itself.

Angie works primarily with individuals experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychosis, and co-occurring substance use conditions. Her approach centers on something deceptively simple: truly listening. She creates space where patients feel safe to express themselves freely, using empathy, open-ended dialogue, and a nonjudgmental presence to build the trust that makes real progress possible. She is equally committed to a team-based model, collaborating closely with therapists and care team members to help clients move toward goals that are both meaningful and achievable.

For Angie, the most rewarding moments come when a patient who arrived in crisis begins to find stability — and hope.

Outside of work, she recharges by traveling and spending time with her family, particularly her nieces and nephews, who keep her grounded and remind her why balance matters.
