Austin Cothran brings a wealth of leadership and problem-solving expertise to his role as Executive Director. With a background in engineering studies at the University of Arkansas, Austin’s journey into addiction recovery work developed organically through helping others as part of his own recovery program. For Austin, the most rewarding part of his role is seeing solutions come to fruition and witnessing the positive outcomes of collective effort.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time at church, golfing, fishing, and indulging in a bit of friendly competition with roulette, craps, NFL spreads, and video games. His belief in Intrepid Recovery Center’s mission is rooted in faith, recognizing the healing power of God in the work being done. Fun fact: Austin is originally from Arkansas—ever heard of it?
