Veronica Dion, CAC, ICADC

Case Manager

Veronica Dion brings 10 years of behavioral health experience and a deeply personal perspective to her role as Case Manager. Her own recovery journey drew her to this field and continues to inform the empathy and insight she offers every client — giving her a unique ability to understand the mindset and challenges that come with being in treatment.

A self-described task-oriented person, Veronica finds the most reward in helping clients build a concrete game plan for their future. She specializes in life skills development and believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to live their best life, no matter where they’re starting from.

Veronica holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Elementary Education from Merrimack College and carries one simple reminder into each day — that kindness is always free.

Outside of work, she’s kept plenty busy by her two daughters, both under two, and you’ll likely find the three of them at the park soaking up the Florida sunshine.
